1. Data that stays in your browser
The flow engine runs in your browser. Your flows and the input data you paste or import are saved in your browser’s local storage and processed on your device. We do not receive or store them, except as described in section 2. Webhook steps send data directly from your browser to the URL you enter.
2. Data we process
- AI drafting. When you press “Draft flow”, we receive the description you typed and, if the “use my current input” box is ticked, your input data. We send it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate steps and return the result to you. We do not keep the content after the request completes, and our provider does not use it to train models under its commercial terms.
- Contact form and email. Your name, email address, topic and message, kept to answer you and for our records of customer communication.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and requested pages, held in server logs for security and troubleshooting for up to 30 days. IP addresses are also used in memory to enforce the daily AI drafting limit.
- Paid plans. If you subscribe, account and billing details needed to provide the service and meet tax and accounting obligations.
3. Why we use it
To provide the features you request (contract), to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), to answer your messages, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Service providers
We use Cloudflare (network delivery and security), our hosting provider (servers in the European Union and United States), Anthropic (AI drafting) and email providers to operate the Service. Each processes data only on our instructions.
5. Retention
Server logs: up to 30 days. Contact messages: up to 3 years after our last exchange. Billing records: as long as tax law requires. AI drafting content: not retained after the request.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@autoflowsengine.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to server systems is restricted to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the data we hold.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Cookies

10. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
